Event registrations for a specific date
HSE360 Summit 2026 is a leisure and event service to be performed on the specific dates of 21–22 October 2026. Under Section 29(1)(l) of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Registration therefore creates a binding payment obligation after GLC Europe confirms the order. The cancellation, substitution and event-change rules are set out in the Terms and Conditions. A registered attendee may be replaced by another attendee if GLC Europe is notified from the purchaser's registered email address.
Before confirmation
A registration can be abandoned before submission without consequence. If you believe a registration was submitted in error, contact request@glceurope.com immediately. This does not create a statutory cancellation right where the above exception applies.
Mandatory rights
Nothing on this page restricts any mandatory consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
