Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by email to request@glceurope.com, by telephone at +36 1 848 09 13, or by post to the registered seat. GLC Europe investigates written consumer complaints and responds in writing within 30 days as required by Hungarian law.
Conciliation body
A consumer may initiate proceedings before the conciliation body competent for their place of residence or stay. For GLC Europe's registered seat, the Budapest Conciliation Board is available at 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.; postal address 1253 Budapest, Pf. 10.; email bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu; website bekeltet.bkik.hu. GLC Europe is obliged to cooperate in conciliation proceedings.
Consumer protection authority
Consumers may also contact the consumer protection authority competent for their residence. Information about the competent authorities is available on the Hungarian Government's official consumer-protection pages.
Court proceedings
The above options do not limit the right to bring a claim before the competent court.
