Registration and confirmation
The website does not take payment. After a registration is submitted, GLC Europe reviews it and sends confirmation, an invoice and the applicable payment details to the email address supplied by the purchaser.
Prices and VAT
Prices shown on the website are net prices in euros. VAT is added where required by the purchaser's status and the applicable tax rules. The final payable amount and payment deadline appear on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within five working days of the invoice date.
Payment
Payment is made using the method and bank details stated on GLC Europe's invoice or confirmation. Always verify any unexpected request to change bank details directly with GLC Europe before paying.
Delivery of the service
No physical goods are delivered. The purchased service is admission to HSE360 Summit 2026 at ARCOTEL Wimberger Wien, Neubaugürtel 34-36, 1070 Vienna, Austria, on 21–22 October 2026, together with the inclusions stated for the selected pass. Travel, accommodation, transfers and insurance are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.
